A major logistics operator required a complete lighting upgrade for a 60,000 sqm warehouse facility in Guangzhou. The existing metal halide system was consuming excessive energy, required frequent lamp replacements, and provided uneven illumination across racking aisles.

Engineering Solution
DansLED engineered a custom 200W high-bay luminaire with IP65 housing, wide-angle optics for 8m mounting height, and integrated 0-10V dimming compatible with PIR motion sensors. A photometric simulation was conducted for each racking zone to optimize fixture spacing and achieve uniform illumination.
